2nd Vice President Paul Blackman reflects on the life and legacy of the late Dr. Frances Cress Welsing and has now determined that it is long overdue for leaders to do their part in helping to accelerate the lives of Milwaukee youth. “Accelerated growth”, a phrase Paul uses describe the driving force to a new program he will lead — Rite of Passage for the youth of Milwaukee.
