North Division High School Adult Welding Program
April 14 to May 21, 2020
There are lots of jobs in welding and the pay is good. You can find out if welding is for you by attending a hands-on class. You will learn about welding by actually welding. During the welding class you will build something you can take home with you. The course is being taught by a MATC instructor. If you decide that welding is for you, you will be offered assistance in enrolling in MATC for training and in determining if you can get financial aid to cover your training costs through MATC’s Adult Promise program.
The course will run from April 14, 2020 to May 21, 2020. It will run these six weeks meeting Tuesday and Thursday evenings for two hours (6pm -8pm). Safety glasses, welding helmets, welding gloves, welding jackets, shoe covers, welding jackets/aprons will be provided.
Individuals can now register for the Adult Welding program at North Division this spring. The activity code is 4RAE6401 Section ND01.

The cost of the program is $5.00. Scholarships can be arranged.
